About Full service design

1. Concept Development and Approval: Based on initial consultation insights, the I develop a concept using a design board to communicate design direction, color palettes, materials, and overall aesthetics. 

2. Space Planning and Layout: I focuses on space planning to determine the optimal layout and arrangement of furniture, fixtures, and elements within the space, maximizing functionality, flow, and visual appeal.

3. Material and Finish Selection: Collaborating closely with the client, the we choose materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the concept, meeting preferences and budget constraints.

4. Furniture Procurement and Custom Design: I facilitate furniture procurement, sourcing items from vendors and coordinating deliveries. For custom elements, I collaborate with fabricators to bring these designs to life.

5. Coordination with Contractors: Throughout the project, the I liaise with contractors to coordinate construction, installation, and any necessary renovations, ensuring seamless execution of the design vision.

6. Project Management: I keep the project on track by overseeing aspects like budget, scheduling, and quality control. I also address issues that arise, and maintain open communication with the client to ensure alignment with the vision.

7. Installation and Styling: As the project nears completion, the I manage the installation of furnishings, artwork, and accessories, ensuring everything is placed to perfection to elevate the space's overall aesthetic.

8. Final Reveal and Client Walkthrough: Once the project is complete, I present the finished space to the client in a final reveal. This allows the client to see the transformation and provide feedback.
